What drew you to pursue a career in business development?

I love to learn and grow and I have a strong passion for digital marketing. The business development position at Gatorworks allows me to learn every aspect of my passion and further develop the business’s strengths. At the end of my day, I love knowing I will make positive impacts for Gatorworks, as well as for our clients and their missions.

If you were in a room full of strangers and had to share one “fun fact” about yourself, what would it be?

I used to be able to lick my elbow… but not anymore, unfortunately. Hopefully, one day I will gain this super-useful ability back!

Imagine that you were stranded on a deserted island with three people. Who would you want them to be and why?

I’d like to have my doctor there in case I get sick, obviously. My boyfriend, because he is in construction so he could build us a shelter and possibly a boat to row away. And finally, I’d want Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys there—with his guitar—to play music for us.

Who inspires you most in your career?

My mom and dad. Not only do they offer me life experience and advice, but they also are my biggest supporters in whatever career path I decide to pursue.

Who is your favorite Parks and Rec character and why?

I would probably have to choose April Ludgate as my favorite character. I feel like her character represents my true essence. But I love every single character so much so it’s really hard to choose!

What was the most attractive aspect of the Gatorworks’ culture?

I am most attracted to Gatorworks because I can tell the management and people here value their employees’ success. The office is filled with natural light and the colorful kitchen has an endless supply of cheese balls. There are abstract murals on one wall and multiple gigantic pop culture paintings. Each aspect, in its own way, makes me feel excited to be here and encourages me to succeed.
