Chestnut Ridge Apartments

Previously known as Broussard Apartments, Chestnut Ridge Apartments needed a new look to reflect new management and remodeled units!

The Brand

When first creating the overall brand for Chestnut Ridge, we researched the location and the apartments’ renovations. After learning more about the property, we focused the logo and branding elements on the surrounding nature, and highlighted the namesake of the property. From there, our designers expanded the brand to include various business collateral, as well as the website.

The Logo

Using the chestnut leaf itself as inspiration, we created a simplified mark and combined it with a fresh and modern font.

Branding Guidelines

Nature and forestry acted as the central theme for the Chestnut Ridge brand. Patterns of wood and chestnut branches were combined with earth tones and simple, modern fonts. These informed the guidelines for all materials moving forward.

Business Collateral

In carrying over the brand standards to collateral pieces—including business cards, letterhead, and a brochure. We incorporated the wood pattern and kept the layouts simplistic, yet attractive.

The Website

We used the layout of the Pine Square Apartments website as a template (a website we previously created for the same client last year). We applied the new Chestnut Ridge branding as the design theme and launched a new website.

Summary

Revitalizing an old apartment complex into something new and beautiful required a face-lift to their name, logo, branding and website. Gatorworks was proud to lead these efforts for Chestnut Ridge Apartments.
