Although 2020 has had its fair share of challenges, the Gatorworks team has a few reasons to celebrate! Specifically, being presented two prestigious awards—inclusion on the LSU100 and the Business Report’s 2020 Best Places to Work. We are thankful for these opportunities and will continue to invest in our success and community.
Baton Rouge’s Best Places to Work
Once again, Gatorworks was named as an honoree of the Baton Rouge Business Report’s 2020 Best Places to Work in Baton Rouge. This award originated in 2014 to identify, highlight, and honor the best places of employment in Baton Rouge. It also provides organizations with valuable employee feedback.
To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Have at least 15 employees working in Baton Rouge
- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business
- Be a publicly or privately held business or government entity/municipality
- Have a facility in Baton Rouge
- Must be in business a minimum of 1 year
While the honorees were not able to gather in person, we were able to celebrate virtually. We are truly honored to be recognized among the best of the best!
LSU100
Gatorworks is honored to have been recognized as one of the fastest-growing businesses owned or led by LSU graduates for the eighth time! As quoted from the LSU 100 website, the “LSU 100 was created to offer encouragement, education, networking, and assistance to entrepreneurially-minded students, faculty, and businesses.” In 2019, Gatorworks was recognized as the 30th fastest growing tiger-owned business. The 2020 company rankings will be announced at a private gathering in November.
