Gatorworks’ Founder and President, Brian Rodriguez, was recently selected as the inaugural winner of the 2016 Free Enterprise Champion – Young Businessperson award by the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry. LABI is the Louisiana state chamber of commerce and manufacturing association, with more than 2,200 large and small companies representing numerous industry sectors and regions of Louisiana claiming membership.
Rodriguez is also an inaugural member of the newly created LABI Emerging Leaders Council, a group of 40 distinguished entrepreneurs from each region of Louisiana that meet regularly and offer unique insight to the organization on issues facing the state. The slate represents some of the top talent from the Louisiana business community and other organizations across the state.
“It’s an honor to be recognized in this way by LABI, an organization that has had growing Louisiana businesses at the heart of everything they do.”
Brian Rodriguez will be formally presented with the award at the LABI Free Enterprise Awards ceremony, taking place on Thursday, November 17th, at 6:30pm at the Louisiana Art and Science Museum in downtown Baton Rouge.
Gatorworks joined LABI in an effort to work toward making Louisiana a more attractive destination for businesses, consumers, tourists, and students. It is a full service digital marketing agency based in Baton Rouge, specializing in custom website design solutions, search engine optimization, web development, brand management, and pay-per-click marketing.
