Tell us about your role as Project Manager at Gatorworks! What does a typical day look like for you?
At Gatorworks, my typical day is a high-energy balancing act of managing timelines, attending client and/or internal meetings, and collaborating across departments to ensure every digital launch is a win.
You describe yourself as someone who thrives at the intersection of departments. What’s the most rewarding part of being the person who connects all the moving pieces?
When you sit at the intersection of departments, you aren’t just moving pieces; you are a translator. Seeing a complex digital product go live knowing you held the map that guided everyone out of the woods is an incredible rush.
You’ve mentioned you are someone who loves to travel. What’s the best trip you’ve ever taken, and where is next on your list?
My best trip so far was Puerto Rico, where I fell in love with the island’s vibrant soul — from the rhythms of bomba in Loíza to the colorful, historic streets of Old San Juan. The energy there is unmatched, especially when you pair the rich culture with the world-class shores of Condado Beach.
While they aren’t on the same itinerary, I’m looking forward to exploring the high energy of Los Angeles and the tropical, dual-nation charm of Sint Maarten in the near future.
If you could be the project manager for one candy brand, what would it be?
If I could manage one candy brand, it would definitely be Nerds. It’s the perfect metaphor for project management: a thousand tiny, colorful moving parts that require a “nerdy” obsession with detail to keep organized. I thrive on the challenge of taking that beautiful, granular chaos and syncing every little piece together for one perfectly sweet delivery!
What’s one productivity tool, habit, or hack you genuinely could not live without?
My absolute productivity soulmate has to be time blocking! It’s the magic wand that transforms a scattered “to-do” list into an intentional “will-do” schedule, giving every task a dedicated home in my day.
By carving out specific bubbles of time for individual priorities, I can protect my focus and give my team my full attention without the mid-day scramble.
