Why did you choose to work at Gatorworks?

The people and culture at Gatorworks are truly one of a kind. I enjoy surrounding myself with people who inspire me, and there’s no shortage of that at Gatorworks.

What is the most fascinating thing about SEO?

I love that SEO blends data-driven strategy with creative problem-solving, allowing me to stay organized while finding creative solutions.

You’re a huge music fan! Tell us about your playlists.

Music has always been a constant in my life. I create playlists as a way to organize memories. Each playlist is like a time capsule that captures how I was feeling during a specific moment. When I want to revisit a certain chapter of my life, I just hit play!

What do you wish were easier when working in SEO strategy?

SEO is all about long-term strategy, and results don’t happen overnight. It can be tough to stay patient, but the payoff of long-term growth always makes it worth it.

If someone were to play you in your biopic, who would it be?

If someone were to play me in a biopic, I would selfishly choose Emma Watson or Saoirse Ronan. I absolutely admire them both. Their emotional depth, strength, femininity, and confidence resonate with me. I’ve always been emotionally driven and strong-willed, and they reflect that balance perfectly.

What’s the best professional advice you’ve been given?

The best professional advice I’ve received came from Brian Rodriguez himself! He always emphasizes leading with curiosity instead of judgment. In the workplace, this means asking questions, listening openly, and staying receptive to different perspectives. It’s helped me build stronger relationships and approach challenges more thoughtfully.
