If someone asked you for advice on fostering trust and long-term relationships with clients, what advice would you give them?
Listen actively, understand their needs, and address any concerns promptly and effectively. Be dependable, meet deadlines, and ensure that your clients can rely on you to deliver quality work.
If you could describe your account management style using a movie or TV show title, what would it be and why?
Well, I have to go with Mad Men, right? Mad Men emphasizes the importance of building and maintaining relationships with clients and showcases their ability to foster trust, understand clients’ goals, and provide tailored solutions.
We hear you have been to 29 National Parks! Which park is your favorite, and where do you want to visit next?
Zion National Park! I hiked the Narrows there with my son last year, and that is a memory that I’ll always cherish. The next one I’m hoping to go to is Olympic National Park in Washington. I’m also expanding to National Parks outside of the US by visiting three in Iceland this year.
You’ve played beach volleyball for over twenty years! What is your favorite part about playing?
Winning, of course! And I enjoy the competition, the challenge of continuing to improve, and spending time with my friends.
How do you unwind and relax after a busy day of account management?
I spend time with my wife, Katie, and two kids, Elijah and Annie. I also work out and read.
