With specialty hospitals all across the US, AMG came to us with the need for a website that can be easily managed and ideas on how to grow digitally.
The Project
AMG, Acadiana Management Group, specializing in Integrated Healthcare Management, first approached Gatorworks with the desperate need to redevelop their website. Having just worked with another agency, they found their new website nearly impossible to manage and update within their content management system. With 12 hospital locations, and several pages of content within each, their CMS was proving a nightmare to work within.
To address their concerns, Gatorworks proposed a website refresh and redevelopment, keeping the structure of the site and its content the same, but invigorating the design with secondary colors and cleaner elements. We then redeveloped the entire website using our updated design and created a seamless WordPress backend that allowed web managers to easily add content, post job listings, and manage global site updates.
Hospital Location Pages
Each specialty and physical rehabilitation hospital was largely treated as its own micro-site, needing subpages and a structure that allowed for content to be updated easily over twelve different locations. Their main pages contained important contact information such as phone number, address, social media links, as well as photos of the hospital and the team members in charge of running it. With so much content to manage, the location pages within the wordpress backend needed to be easy to update and extremely well organized. The client was very impressed with what our development team was able to generate within the versatile WP platform.
Advanced Careers Filtering
Due to the large amount of locations AMG operates, their need for staff is nearly constant. Especially for specific positions such as registered nurses, case managers, patient care technicians, and occupational therapists—AMG is almost always looking for members of the team that have the required skills and experience. Their website managers needed an easy system to add jobs, as well as display these in a filter that makes it clear and convenient for users. We were able to build in filtering based on location, type of position, and include relevant information just as type of shift and full-time vs part-time.
PPC & Programmatic Efforts
The marketing team at AMG was so impressed with their new website from Gatorworks they were open to discussions regarding digital marketing services. Having never invested in digital marketing before, they were intrigued by the opportunities available to them to using programmatic marketing and pay-per-click advertising. Starting with five hospitals that needed the most help, Gatorworks crafted a digital strategy that was designed for their unique target audience and specialized healthcare services. In just the last six months, we have seen the following exciting returns:
Project Summary
What started as a website project has evolved into a long-term partnership with a nationwide (and growing) healthcare organization with local roots in Lafayette. Gatorworks could not be more honored to be AMG’s digital partner.
