In early 2019, we began working with Relief Windows on a digital marketing campaign to match their successful traditional marketing presence.

Throughout the Greater Baton Rouge area, and even stretching into parts of east Texas, Relief Windows is known for exemplary customer service, top-notch products, and accurate fittings and installations. However, having a great reputation isn’t always enough these days. Businesses need to be easily found online by customers. Thanks to our PPC, SEO, and targeted display campaigns, Relief Windows is now front-and-center for the majority of users.

Pay-Per-Click Advertising

When taking over the Relief Windows pay-per-click (PPC) account, one of the first things we did was eliminate any extraneous spending through appropriate keyword management and negative matching. Next, we employed the SKAG approach (single keyword ad group) to ensure that each ad was highly targeted and specific to whatever search term the user enters.

Product & Service Area Page Creation

One of the best search engine optimization (SEO) tactics for a company website is creating specific pages dedicated to popular search terms. For example, Relief Windows wanted customers searching for wood windows to find their site. So, we needed to ensure they had a webpage titled “Wood Windows.”

Accordingly, we created specialized pages for different key products and service areas. Today, as a results, when you search “wood window company baton rouge,” “wood windows company louisiana,” or another variation, you’ll see Relief Windows holding the #1 spot in your Google search results.

But these pages were only a small part of our overall SEO strategy. With consistent monthly content, website auditing, and link-building campaigns, the Relief Windows website has seen steady results, more internet leads, and better on-site behavior by users.

Targeted Display Success

Targeted Display works similarly to traditional media in that it uses impressions as a metric and is very branding-focused. With this tactic, we’re able to capitalize on Relief Windows’ recognized branding and previous traditional marketing success. We ensured the users seeing their ads were either the perfect demographic, or already actively interested in Relief’s services based on their search history. Thanks to this service line, in 12 months we’ve already seen huge growth in site traffic.


We have seen tremendous growth and successful sales numbers since the start of our digital marketing strategy for Relief Windows. Before we took over the account, the website had never seen more than 1,900 new users. Now, in 2020, we’ve achieved more than 2,900 users per month starting in January.
