Building a Strong Foundation with Ongoing SEO

With Turner Industries having such a far national reach with the work they provide in the oil and gas sector, ensuring that search engine rankings remain at the forefront has been a vital part of our digital marketing strategy. As needs and priorities change over time, we worked to push specific services, industries, and locations as needed while also maintaining and optimizing various Google Business profiles and location pages as changes take place. Since the start of our engagement, we’ve had a variety of positive results with our SEO efforts.


Hiring Campaigns

As Turner expanded their facility efforts in Paris, TX and Port Allen, LA our team worked to develop a hiring campaign to help with employment applications for Welders and Pipe Fitting. With large rural areas surrounding the locations, our team implemented a variety of tactics with Targeted Display and Paid Social advertising to help with a focused yet far-reaching campaign. 

For targeted display, we largely targeted users who were reading industry relevant content, targeting those specifically looking for work in either pipe fitting and welding, geofence targeted various trade schools and job fair events within our target area, and even retargeting those who visited the initial application page but did not complete the submission process. 

Similar to targeted display, our paid social ads had a heavy focus on occupational targeting for welders, pipefitters, and various blue collar workers within our target area. This campaign ran for a total of 6 months before the positions were filled, and achieved a variety of positive results.

Eastern US Campaign

With an ever-increasing footprint, Turner Industries was looking to expand further into the Eastern United States using a facility in Decatur, AL as a jump-off point, and Gatorworks developed a digital strategy to help drive brand awareness. With a focus on specific services specialized by the Decatur, AL facility, a large geo emphasis for this campaign was focused on the areas around specific facilities, executed with a digital marketing strategy using Google Ads and Targeted Display.

We largely focused our Google Ads campaign on specific search terms surrounding the services specialized by the jumpoff facility within our target geography, creating a hyper-focused campaign targeting the exact users we’re looking for.

The Targeted Display ads focused around a bit of a broader yet focused approach all within our target areas, focusing on Addressable Geofencing of the households of those with decision maker job titles at various plant and operational facilities, a CRM retargeting list of some of the exact users we wanted to target for this campaign, and even a retargeting tactic for those that visited various service level and other relevant pages of the Turner Industries website. In 6 months, this campaign generated the following:
