Gatorworks Founder & President Buys Out Business Partner

June 30, 2015

The Gatorworks Partnership

Gatorworks founder and president, Brian Rodriguez bought out his long-time business partner Charlie Davis and is now sole owner of the digital agency. Rodriguez founded Gatorworks in 2005 and soon brought Davis on as a partner in August of that year. An entrepreneur and strategic consultant, Davis is president of Liquid Ventures, a firm that specializes in helping build organizations and companies. Davis’ buy out will allow him to fully focus on his consultant role with MasteryPrep—the fastest growing school-based testing company in the nation.

“Charlie was instrumental in helping me start the company and served as an amazing mentor,” said Rodriguez. “His keen insight and business knowledge propelled our growth over the years and I’m truly thankful for what he’s done for Gatorworks. I know he will bring that same energy and expertise to MasteryPrep.” Rodriguez strongly believes that both companies will reach new heights in the upcoming years.
